On November 3, 2020, Florida voters approved Amendment 2, which amends Florida’s constitution to gradually increase the state’s minimum wage to $15.00 an hour by the year 2026. Every September 30 following, the minimum wage will increase $1.00 per hour through 2026, according to the following schedule: · $15.00 ($11.98 tipped employees) If you indicate an amount for an employee less than that, your provider may be reaching out to you to inform you at that time of the change.
